About the Role
As a Claims Specialist, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for clients at the time they need us most. You’ll manage claims from first notification through to resolution, advocating for our clients and ensuring a smooth, proactive experience throughout.
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same—you’ll be working across a range of personal and commercial claims, liaising with insurers, assessors, and clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll manage a portfolio of claims end-to-end, from initial lodgement through to settlement, acting as a strong advocate for clients throughout the process.
This includes providing clear and timely communication to both clients and referrers, liaising closely with insurers, assessors, and other third parties to keep claims progressing efficiently and ensuring the best possible outcomes are achieved.
Along the way, you’ll identify opportunities to improve both client experience and claim outcomes, while also supporting brokers with insights and technical guidance where needed.

Excellent communication skills, with a client-first mindset
Experience in general insurance claims (broker or insurer side)
Ability to manage multiple claims while maintaining attention to detail
A proactive, solution-focused approach
Confidence working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
